Silentnight’s Signature five contour zones are created through the use of heavier gauge coils and increased coil concentration.
Silentnight’s individual pocketed springs are pre-compressed, to give more specific effect, greater resilience and better support for your back. Individually encased coils and independent coil action minimises disturbance – ensuring on peaceful night’s rest.
The mattress will be delivered by our own dedicated fleet in a full uncompressed state. This is our quality assurance to you.
You may sleep on the mattress after delivery. However, it may take about 2 – 4 weeks for the sleeper’s body to be conditioned to the new mattress. The new mattresses will be firmer than the product that you have tried in the showroom – as it is freshly made upon confirmation of order.
Pocketed Spring mattress:
Each spring is individually wrapped in its own fabric pocket. This allows spring to move independently which provides targeted support and minimises transfer between sleeping partner.
Innerspring mattress:
Springs are connected in a single unit or grid. This can lead to a more uniform feel but may transfer motion more readily.
To extend the life of your mattress, use a mattress protector, vacuum the surface for any dust or debris, rotate it regularly, and avoid jumping or placing heavy objects on it.
Our mattresses come with a 1 year warranty on manufacturing defect and additional warranty on the spring itself (15 years for Pocketed Spring; 10 years for Inner Spring).
Note: If you have an existing bedframe, the mattress has to be placed on a flat surface or the warranty will be voided.
Side sleepers often benefit from a softer mattress with good pressure relief. Back sleepers typically need medium to firm support. Stomach sleepers usually need a firmer mattress to prevent their hips from sinking too much.
Additional note: If you have an existing bedframe, do take measurements and make sure our mattress fits (especially the thickness of the mattress)
