Payment Methods Payment for all orders sold on our website can be made online with a credit/debit card via a third-party website (Billplz). For orders which Billplz pays, if there’s any cancellation / refund before the order is shipped, do note that there will be a Billplz fee incurred and customer has to bear this cost upon cancellation / refund.
Strictly no cancellation and refund are allowed upon receipt of payment. Due to hygiene reasons, we will not accept any returns of toppers, bedsheets, quilt covers, quilts, mattresses and pillows that have found to be used, stained, torn, washed, and/or with traces of fragrance or odours. For items with defects upon receiving, we are unable to accept any exchange unless the product is returned in its original packaging and condition.
Smaller items, such as beddings, will be delivered nationwide using a third-party courier service (e.g., J&T Express), with delivery charges calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
For bulky items, a delivery surcharge of RM100-RM150 will apply, and these will be delivered by our own logistics team. Please take note as of this moment, we currently only deliver within Klang Valley, Seremban, and selected areas in Johor (Johor Bahru, Pontian, Batu Pahat, Kluang & Kota Tinggi). Please refrain from placing an order if you are outside these regions.
In the event that the goods cannot be delivered on your preferred delivery date and/or timeslot due to reasons such as lack of stock from suppliers or scheduling difficulties, you will be notified the soonest possible, we reserve the right to amend the delivery timings or to substitute the item model for a similar product of higher or equal value should such circumstances arise.
If the delivery team is unable to send furniture to your location via the elevator at the point of delivery (eg. Furniture is unable to fit into elevator, elevator unserviceable upon delivery crew’s arrival, refusal of elevator access by building management, or there are no elevators etc) we will assess (at our own discretion) the feasibility of the furniture being carried up via the staircase in a non-hazardous manner. A lifting charge of RM20 per level from 4th floor onward, will be applicable for such services. The lifting charge is to be made payable to our logistics team.
If the process is deemed hazardous, (e.g. furniture or infrastructure prone to damage on narrow stairway, obstruction of passageway), and delivery is deemed unfeasible, silentnight.com.my reserves the right to cancel the delivery. Upon cancellation, a refund of any of your prior payments for that delivery will be refunded back into the original payment within two weeks from the initial delivery date.
Upon confirmation of your order, we will be in contact you (via email or phone) to confirm the delivery date and time.
You’ll be contacted again an hour before delivery by the delivery team to confirm your presence at the delivery location and to notify you of our impending arrival. While the delivery team will try its utmost to deliver within the selected time frame, there are many external factors which can cause delays. Furniture is large and heavy and the delivery team may face difficulties in moving goods up narrow stairways. Traffic, vehicle and weather conditions will also affect the delivery time, as we want you to receive your order in the best condition possible. Customers who are not present upon our arrival also cause delays that can stretch for hours and hold up all the following deliveries.
We earnestly urge all to be present during the stipulated delivery time to be considerate to all other customers and seek your understanding when it comes to delivery timings.
We reserve the right to change the delivery date and time should any unforeseen circumstances arise in the midst of delivery. While we endeavour to adhere to scheduled delivery timings and warrant to act within our means to notify you the soonest possible of any delays or difficulties, you acknowledge that you will, at no point in time, hold us liable for any inconvenience, losses, damages, injury, charges, expenses and/or deaths that may arise from any delayed, postponed, incomplete or unfulfilled deliveries, to the extent permitted by Law.
Disposal service for bulky items is available for RM50 per item. This service is available only if the location of the item is identical to the delivery location of the order.
There will be strictly no disposal of old mattresses, sofa or furniture which are infested with bedbugs or other pests. This is not only to protect the health of our staff, but also to protect the other new mattresses and furniture that are still in the lorry from similar infestation.
Upon confirmation of your order, we will be in contact you (via email or phone) to confirm the delivery date and time. Please inform us of changes in delivery date via email to [email protected] at least 48hours before the confirmed delivery timing or as soon as is practical. Please provide your order invoice number, which can be found in the confirmation email sent to you.
We advise our customers to inspect the products carefully for damages upon receipt of the same. There is a possibility of manufacturing defects or breakage during transportation. Should you detect any damage or defect e.g tears, knocks, dent or cracks, email us at [email protected].

Upon successful placement of order, an order acknowledgment containing the invoice will be sent to the email address that you’ve provided in the online order form. We advise you to keep the email or print the invoice out, as these are your receipts and proofs of purchase.
If you detect any manufacturing defects or damages which are not due to misuse or wear and tear, take a picture of the problem and send it to [email protected] with a brief explanation of the problem, including the order invoice number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you, and date of purchase. We will contact you and arrange for our service team to assess the situation. In most cases, repairs will be done. If it is deemed beyond repair by the service team, we will exchange the product for a identical one, or similar one of equal or greater price, depending on availability. We reserve the right to make the final decision on whether to repair or exchange the product, as well as the replacement product, should an exchange be decided on.
